What is the platform used for ?
The platform is used to order products specially prepared by ING Hubs Poland for their employees.
Who can place an order ?
Orders on this platform can be placed by ING Hubs Poland employees who have a verification code.
Where to enter the special access code ?
Enter the verification code after selecting the product in the "verification code" field. The code can only be used once and is active for 24 hours after entry. Once an order has been placed, it is not possible to enter the code again.
What are the delivery options ?
You can receive the ordered product via GLS courier or by ordering to selected InPost parcel machine (Paczkomat)
How can I track my package?
You can track your shipment in the "Help and information" section of the "View your order" tab at the bottom of this page. After clicking this button, you will need to enter the required data to check the status of your order. The data you will see there will only be stored for one month. Then they will be automatically deleted.
